Hello! Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or weighed down by trauma? You don't have to face it alone. I specialize in EMDR therapy and helping adults heal from trauma. As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I provide a supportive, evidence-based space to process difficult experiences and create lasting change. I offer telehealth-only sessions Monday through Friday afternoons and am accepting new clients, often with same-week availability.

I help recent graduates navigate quarter-life transitions and neurodivergent adults lead balanced, fulfilling lives that work for their unique brains. Using EMDR therapy, art therapy techniques, and strengths-based care, I help clients explore unconscious patterns and process difficult experiences.

Education and Experience

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I graduated with my Master of Public Administration (MPA) in 2025 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2026. Before working as a therapist, I have worked a variety of social service jobs throughout my career, including working for the Arizona Department of Child Safety, Phoenix City Council, and a variety of non-profits. I have worked in private practice since 2025, and I have had additional experience in community mental health through my practicum experience.

I have an additional certification in EMDR Basic Training. I am currently working on getting more training that aligns with my therapeutic practice. In the Fall of 2026, I will be pursuing a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research. In the future, I plan to get additional training related to expressive arts, somatic therapy, parts work, and Jungian analysis.
